Sales consultants - Region (Cons.)

Experience Required:
The successful applications will have demonstrated door to door sales in home improvement products and roof restoration sales experience is well regarded. You will be a highly motivated individual that is a great communicator who people enjoys meeting and assisting them purchase the products. You will have strong closing skills whilst retaining a high level of customer service. You will be provided with some leads but will be required to generate business using our proven techniques. Full training provided to assist you maximise your earning capacity. You must have a reliable vehicle available and able to work Saturday's and evenings.
Licensed Registered Installer – Region (Reg.)
Experience Required:
The successful applicants are tradespeople who prefer to work outdoors. You must be proud of your work, as the company pays you well for work that is in keeping with the Company’s excellent reputation. You will be comfortable on a roof as you will be installing the system to the edge of a roof and onto a gutter. You will have a Red Card, or be prepared to train and be inducted and certified for a Red Card & Height Safety Card.
You will have a high level of customer service, and be an ambassador for the Company. You will need tools, insurances, internet access, mobile phone and a suitable (white) vehicle and able to work Saturday?s.
All training is done in house, and by electronic and technical manuals and on site. You will be installing on domestic, commercial and Government buildings, therefore Red Card & Height Safety Card is essential. The Company has an A 1 safety record for the past 15 years, and you will be required to follow all Occupational Health & Safety guidelines as per our OHS Management System.
Field Installations Manager (FM)
Experience Required:
Field Installations Managers (FM) are recruited from within the Company. Once you are proficient in all applications of installations, and have proved that you follow Company guidelines, ethics and vision, and have consistently met all KPI’s in that department you will be offered a FM position.
The successful applicants will be given a team of 5 installers in a Region to oversee, supervise, co-ordinate and train in all areas of installations. You will be responsible for the induction of your team installers in OHS procedures, working at height, harness & anchor points and inspecting the works of your team. You will also be responsible for the care and use of the company Snorkel (cherry picker).
Dealer and or Agents required for all areas and all States

Commercial, Govt dept's, Foresty Dept's Schools, Shires, Councils, Water Authorites, Dept's of Housing and Domestic are now looking for a gutter protection system that reducing maintenance costs, prolongs the life of the gutter and allows for the clean collection of rain water. Water harvesting and envirnomentally sounds products are much more in demand now, and Leafbusters fits this specification entirely. Leafbusters is also used by and recommended by: Architects, Engineers, Draftspeople, Buildings inspectors and Risk Managers. Cleaning gutters is a dangerous job, and working on roofs and ladders is the leading cause of serious death and injury for people. Leafbusters is ideally suited to be able to deliver remedies for all these situations with it's unique, (first on the market - 1991) system of fully tailored mesh that allows all the water into the gutters, and gets the debris to slide off the roof.
